POLICIES:
LATE ARRIVAL: If you are running late please notify the stylist. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are running more than 10 minutes so that we stay on time for next clients.
CANCELATION : We have a 50% cancelation fee if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to original appointment time including if client does not show for their appointment with out prior notice.
REFUND: If a client is not satisfied with their service, Please inform the salon within 1 week of service. In order to receive a full refund, client MUST come into salon so that the stylist may confirm any issues and possibly correct said issues. If the client is unable or unwilling to return to salon then the stylist MAY issue a partial refund. (stylist discretion)
