If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any service received here, please inform us within 48 hours from your appointment so that we may correct any problem.
We cannot guarantee any chemical service unless you have followed proper care and maintenance, following any shampooing or maintenance instructions from your stylist.
Chemicals used in Non-Professional hair products such as store bought hair color or perms may interfere with our services. We cannot guarantee results if these products have been previously used on your hair.
Please inform us of any recent surgeries or medications you may be on ,or if you have had a recent chemical face peel.
Our clients time is very important to us. We ask that you arrive at the salon 5 minutes before your scheduled time so that we stay on time for all our clients.
We ask that all new clients arrive at least 5-10 minutes before their appointment so that they may fill out a client information card.
We ask that you call the salon if you are going to be late for your appointment. Please note if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule for another time so our stylist may stay on time for all clients.
We understand clients may need to change or reschedule their appointments from time to time. If you have an appointment you need to change please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Clients who do not arrive at their appointment time will be considered a "NoShow"
Clients who miss 3 appointments without notification will no longer be able to schedule an appointment, however, may receive services on a walk-in basis only.
